It’s time to share a story from one of our customers that still makes us cringe. A few years ago, a customer came in who recently had a brand new carpet installed and she loved it. A couple years later, she hired a cleaning company to deep clean the carpet. Makes sense, right?
Unfortunately for her, that carpet cleaner used the wrong product. The cleaner they used was acidic and literally ate away at the carpet yarn. The carpet looked burnt in some places and was completely destroyed. What a nightmare!
